The video door entry panel is the element that is placed on the outside of the premises, therefore it is also called an outdoor unit, and allows to make calls from visitors to the building staff.
These devices also have the ability to open the door through their relay outputs. This model has 2 relay outputs to manage up to 2 doors simultaneously, with 12 VDC output (allows direct power supply to the electronic lock without the need for an additional voltage source as the equipment is powered by standard PoE).
IP equipment communicates and is powered by Ethernet cables and PoE switches, reducing the number of cables required for operation.
